Salesforce will add ChatGPT-based chatbot to Slack For Generate Quick Answers

It was called Einstein and was finalized together with OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT and part-time client of Slack.

The American company Salesforce - the developer of the CRM system of the same name and the owner of the Slack corporate messenger - has added generative artificial intelligence to its products to help sales professionals, technical support employees and marketers.

To do this, they released the Einstein GPT bot, developed on the basis of self-written solutions and OpenAI technologies. It is able to analyze requests that come to the customer service and compose response templates, taking into account data from corporate databases. Employees will only have to send a message, making the necessary changes if desired.

Einstein GPT can also be asked to compose letters and, if necessary, change the style from formal to more casual, generate pages for collecting applications from potential leads, analyze the company's economic performance, or write a code snippet.

When all users will get access to services and how much they will cost is still unknown, writes CNBC. To begin with, they will be tested on firms that have agreed to participate in a pilot launch.

Salesforce is also integrating ChatGPT into Slack — in the app, it will be called Einstein and will be able to retell a thread or draft a message, whether it's a reply to a colleague, task statuses, or a note following a meeting, the company said, without specifying other details. The Verge does not rule out that writing a response manually will take less time than sending commands to a bot.

The company said that, in addition, ChatGPT will help "find answers to any project and to any question," but did not specify what exactly it was about. This is probably due to the ability of the bot to aggregate data from different channels and threads and squeeze out the main thing.

To get early access to the features, you need to submit an application through OpenAI, which finalized the solution for the messenger, providing a link to the workspace, purpose of use, and company details. In the future, Einstein will be available in the list of internal applications.
