 Semolina (brand M) - 100 g

 Butter - 15 g (1 tbsp)

 How to cook it?

 - prepare semolina porridge: boil milk, pour in semolina slowly, continuously stirring and rubbing lumps with a spoon

 - prepare raisins (wash and pour warm water for 10 minutes) and lemon zest, if necessary

 - grind
