Milk - 100 ml
Butter - 20 g
Strawberry ice cream - 300 g
Flour - 40 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 40 g
Salt - ⅓ tsp
Peaches - 2-3 pcs.
Orange - 1 pc. (juice)
How to cook it?
1. Let's make pancakes:
- beat the egg with salt with a whisk, add flour, mix
- add warm milk to the dough, stirring and rubbing lumps
- heat the pan, pour a little pancake dough on it
- spread the dough over the entire surface by tilting the pan
- bake the pancake on one side, turn it over with a spatula to the other side
- put prepared (ready-made) pancakes on a plate
2. Prepare peaches in syrup:
- wash, dry the peaches, peel and cut into slices
- Dissolve or Melt butter in a frying pan
- include (add) freshly squeezed orange juice and sugar
- fatch (bring) the syrup to a boil while stirring constantly
- add peaches, simmer in syrup for 1 minute, remove from heat
3. Stuff pancakes with peaches:
- distribute half of the peaches according to the number of pancakes
- put some peaches on each pancake, fold in four or in an envelope
- put stuffed pancakes in a pan with the remaining peaches
- simmer pancakes on each side for 1 minute.
Serving Recommendations: Serve pancakes drizzled with syrup and garnished with peaches, with a scoop of strawberry ice cream.
