 Ingredients (6 servings)

 "Dark / bitter chocolate - 100 g"

 Butter - 180-200 g

 Brown sugar - 200 g

 Chicken egg - 4 pcs.

 Wheat flour - 100 g

 Walnuts - 100 g


 How to cook it?

 - break the chocolate into pieces, put in a heat-resistant deep container, melt in a water bath, stirring

 - add butter, mix the chocolate sauce until a homogeneous thick consistency, remove from heat, cool / leave to cool

 - beat 2-3 min. eggs in a separate bowl, gradually adding sugar (100 g)

 - fry walnuts in a dry pan until the aroma appears

 - chop the nuts on a cutting board with a sharp knife, add to the chocolate sauce

 - add sugar (100 g) and flour gently to the chocolate sauce, mix everything with a whisk

 - pour eggs beaten with sugar into chocolate, mix until a homogeneous color, without streaks

 - Preheat oven to 200°C

 - line the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper, pour the dough into the mold

 - bake for 25-20 minutes. - until the appearance of a sugar crust

 - take out the cake, let it cool, cut into squares (preferably with a pizza cutter)


 Serving Recommendations: Serve on a platter or in portions. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, coconut or cinnamon, if desired. Offer a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
