Counterpoint Research has released a report on the results of 2022, in which they named the 10 best-selling smartphones. Eight out of ten places in the ranking were occupied by Apple smartphones, the most popular was the iPhone 13. It accounts for approximately 5% of all smartphone sales and 28% of all iPhones sold.
In addition to Apple, in the top ten from Counterpoint Research there is another vendor - Samsung. The Galaxy A13 was ranked fourth on the list, while the Galaxy A03 was ranked tenth.
The table also shows the positions of smartphones separately for each month. You can see that the iPhone 13 was the best seller from the beginning of the year until August, then it began to lose ground: first the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and then the “regular” iPhone 14.
