Meat with Potatoes in a Pot

 Ingredients (1 pot)

 Halal meat - 200 g

 Carrots - 50 g (1-2 pcs.)

 Onion - 50 g (1-3 pcs.)

 Potatoes - 300 g (3-4 pcs.)

 Black pepper - 5 peas

 Bay leaf - 1 pc.

 Salt - to taste


How to cook it?

 - rinse the meat and cut into small pieces so that it is convenient to eat with a tablespoon

 - fry the meat in a pan - in your own fat or in some other (grease the pan) and put in a pot

 - peel vegetables, rinse and dry with paper towels

 - chop the carrots, cut the onion into rings

 - sauté onions and carrots in a pan after meat

 - put browned vegetables on the meat, then potatoes (if large - cut into 4 parts)

 - Boil water in a kettle and fill the filled pot with this water

 - add salt, pepper and bay leaf, cover with a lid

 - simmer in the oven until tender - an average of 30 minutes.


 Serving recommendations: serve hot in a pot without a lid, sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley, offer chopped tomatoes, sprinkled with mashed garlic cloves.
