Premium wheat flour - 0.3 kg

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Water - 100 g

Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Salt - to taste

 

How to cook it?

- beat eggs into flour and knead a stiff dough without salt and water

- roll out the dough into a sheet and dry a little (not to brittleness)

- Lay the dough out on a floured board.

- cut into long strips

- round the noodles by rolling on the board (you can do it in an oriental way: stretching and beating it on the board, holding the ends)

- hang the noodles to dry

- make broth or boil water

- boil noodles

- put the finished noodles in a deep dish

- add oil, shake to oil

- decorate with greenery
