For test: 

Durum wheat flour - 300 g 

Eggs - 3 pcs. 

Olive oil - 1 tsp 

Salt - ¼ tsp (pinch) 

Or manicotti - 16 pcs. 

For filling: 

Minced meat (beef) - 500 g 

Mushrooms (champignons) - 6-8 pcs. 

Onion - 1 pc. Garlic - 2-3 cloves 

Sweet pepper - 1 pc. 

Greens (parsley) - 50 / 100 g (2 tablespoons) 

Grated parmesan cheese - 100 g 

Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp. 

Salt - to taste 

Pepper - to taste 

Bechamel sauce - 250 ml 


Cooking Method 

1. Get ready the dough or manicotti: 

- Break eggs with olive oil and salt 

- Add the flour into a slide on the board, make a recess and pour the resulting mixture into it 

- Knead the dough and keep it for thirty minutes. 

- roll out evenly rested dough, cut into rectangles 10 x 5 cm 

- roll tubules with a diameter of 1-3 cm, transfer to a board sprinkled with flour, and let dry 

- boil cooked or bought manicotti until half cooked in a large amount of salted water, put it in a colander and season with 1 tbsp. oils 

2. Prepare the filling: 

- finely chop mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic and fry in olive oil (1-2 tablespoons) 

- cool, mix with minced meat and chopped herbs 

- salt, pepper 

3. Get ready the cannelloni:

- fill the pasta tubes with stuffing

- put in a profound baking dish

- Shower with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheddar

- heat in the stove at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.


Serving Suggestions: Serve hot on a platter. You can sprinkle with herbs and offer ketchup or spicy tomato sauce .
