Beef steak with pepper | Pepper Steak Marinade

 Delicious hot dish for seared meat sweethearts prepared with lemon sauce and embellished with new potatoes

 Ingredients

 Beef (loin) - 4 steaks (about 200 g each)

 Garlic - 3-5 cloves

 Olive oil - 1 tbsp.

 Coarsely ground pepper - 2 tbsp.

 Mustard - 2 tbsp.

 Lemon - 1 pc. (juice - 2 tablespoons)

 Mayonnaise olive - 150 g

 Salt - to taste


Cooking Strategy?


 1. Marinate the steaks:

 - Strip and slice the garlic

 - blend garlic in with mustard, olive oil and pepper

 - cover the external layer of the steaks with this marinade and leave for 15 minutes.


 2. Plan lemon sauce:

 - smash lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

 - mix mayonnaise and lemon juice, salt to taste

 

3. Could we cook the steaks:

 - Broil the steaks on each side for 4-5 minutes. (medium burned)

 - give stand access a warm spot for 5 minutes.


Serving recommendations: serve hot with lemon sauce, garnish with new potatoes, decorate with a circle of lemon, herbs. You can offer a salad of fresh vegetables (cucumber, tomato, sweet pepper, green peas, etc.)
